October was a tough month for some of us. The pink ribbons and constant reminders about breast cancer can stir up anxiety, fear, and even anger. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by it all, it’s OK. Your feelings are valid.

Here’s what I tell my clients: Take care of YOU. Limit your media intake, practice mindfulness, and most importantly, don’t hesitate to reach out for support. Whether you’re a survivor, in treatment, or just scared, you don’t have to go through it alone. We’re here for you.
